What we collect
When you enquire through this website we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number if provided, and information about your event such as the date, venue or suburb, guest numbers, colour palette and your message. If you join our newsletter, we collect your email address. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to you about your event, prepare a quote and, if you book, deliver the experience. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the occasional update you signed up for, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing to enquiry addresses without your consent.
Where it lives
Enquiries are delivered to our business inbox via a transactional email provider and are kept only as long as needed to manage your enquiry or booking, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Access is limited to the people running Florenne & Co..
Your choices
