Booking Conditions
The fine print, kept simple
The conditions that apply to every Florenne & Co. booking. Last updated July 2026.
Bookings & payment
A 50% deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due one week before your event. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and we have confirmed availability in writing.
Minimums & timing
Bookings start at 15 guests and 2 hours of event time. Additional time can be arranged in advance or, where possible, on the day; extra hours are charged at the hourly rate on your quote, with a minimum charge per additional hour.
What we provide
Every booking includes the styled bloom bar, seasonal flowers and foliage for your confirmed guest count, tools, wrapping materials, setup before your guests arrive and pack-down afterwards. The standard service is setup and styling; a host who remains on site to guide guests is available as an add-on and is priced separately on your quote.
Travel
Travel within 15 km of our Sydney base is included. Beyond that, a per-kilometre travel fee plus any road tolls applies, always itemised on your quote before you book.
Flowers & substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and sourced fresh from the Sydney Flower Market in the week of your event. Specific varieties can vary with availability; where a substitution is needed we match the agreed colour palette and overall style as closely as possible.
Allergies
Fresh flowers and foliage are natural products and may affect guests with pollen or plant allergies. Hosts should let their guests know flowers will be present; guests take part at their own discretion, and Florenne & Co. cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions.
Venue & space
Please confirm with your venue that a flower bar is permitted and provide a level, sheltered area for the setup. For outdoor events, a wet-weather alternative on site is the host’s responsibility.
Cancellations & changes
Deposits are non-refundable, as flowers and your date are committed in advance. If your plans change, we will always try to move your booking to a new date, subject to availability. Final guest numbers are confirmed with the balance payment one week before the event.
Insurance
Florenne & Co. holds public liability insurance; a certificate of currency can be provided to your venue on request.
